Who makes this stuff *

I’m Rachel - the seam ripper and caliper wielding mad woman behind the scenes at Tangent- in the Methow Valley (mostly). With a background in sculpture, mechanical engineering and finding new (to me) modes and combinations of activities (with an effort to make sports as weird as possible, bikepacking to spearfish for instance. I enjoy making things and testing them in the kind of conditions that make me question my life choices (in a fun way). If you are stoked on gear that works when things get weird, I’ve got you.

Meet Caruso (Ru, Ruso, Russula), founding member of the Free and Easy Wobblers as well as Tangent and a HR representative for Good Boy Inc. He keeps things orderly in production.

When he’s not in the studio, Ru can generally be found outside looking for various rodents, running water, or working on a vast network of underground tunnels.
